Invoice PDFs can be downloaded or shared on supported devices. Quotes use print / Save as PDF. Attachments are added separately to email drafts. RigStarter does not automatically send these messages or confirm their delivery.

The current company plan is $29/month for one owner account. Individual worker or viewer logins, crew planning, and seat billing are not live. No add-on seats are included in this offer.
Checking signup availability… The account form checks eligibility again before you submit. A trial, when offered, has no automatic charge; access requires a subscription after it ends. If the trial is unavailable, payment is required before workspace access. Read the billing terms.

No. You can prepare invoices and record payments received outside the app, such as cash or checks. You don’t need an online payment account for those tools. Optional card-payment connections are still being prepared for launch.
Not yet. This release is for the company owner. Crew planning, individual employee accounts, role-based permissions, and delegated crew checklists are not currently available. Planned seat prices do not create access or additional charges.
No. The draft workflow prepares a message for you to review and send in your own app. Your device controls the sending account or phone line. Opening a draft does not mark the document as sent or delivered.
RigStarter runs in a web browser. Email, text, map, and file-sharing actions depend on the apps supported by your device. Keep an eye on save status before switching devices; offline and multi-device reliability improvements are still being completed.
Yes. Use the billing controls in your account to cancel future renewals. Your current access and billing terms are shown there; cancellation does not erase your records. Review the billing terms before subscribing.
Invoices can record payments you receive outside RigStarter. A business-owned online card-payment connection is optional and is not required to use invoices; do not assume a payment link is available until your account shows it as configured.
Check the save status before leaving a page or switching devices. Some changes may remain on the current device until they are confirmed online. Keep that device and its browser data intact if a save is pending; use the in-app save help or contact support if it does not clear.
The available export can download account records. Check the downloaded file's contents, including whether job photos are present, before relying on it as a complete archive. The app does not currently complete account deletion. To request deletion, use the contact in our Privacy Policy; see that policy for the stated scope. Do not clear browser data as a substitute for account deletion.
Use the searchable help center inside your account, report a bug from the app, or email RigStarter support. We do not promise an instant response.
It helps organize recorded job costs, expenses, hours, and payments. It does not file taxes, run payroll, or replace professional accounting advice. Reports depend on the records you enter.
